Delivery Times:
UK Mainland
We operate a standard 24hr/48hr delivery service ( Monday - Thursday).
All orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday to ensure next day delivery.
Orders placed on Friday will be subject to delivery on the following Monday.
Delivery costs upto 30kg starts from £5.99, depending on the service.
Once your item has been sent, we can not change the delivery address.
You will receive an email from the courier on the day of delivery, about your delivery.
We use Parcelforce, therefore a signature will be required.

All Other European Countries:
Please choose the right country when checking out.
Allow a maxium of 7 working days.
You can always track you parcel @ www.parcelforce.com

For any country not listed please email us your order and we will reply with the delivery cost. sales@xylitoluk.co.uk

RETURNS:
As all items are food products - we do not accept for refund or exchange any opened or used consumables.
If you wish to return any product which is not faulty we will accept them up to 3 days after you have received the goods. The received time starts from the date you signed for the goods with the carrier.
The goods must be unused and unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
We will only issue a refund once the goods are returned to us and we are satisfied that they are in a re-sellable
condition and have not been used. We reserve the right to charge a 10%  Handling, Re-stocking and refunding fee.
The cost and responsibility of returning unwanted or non faulty goods will be yours the customer.
